The General characteristic of malfeasance, especially bribery, the correlation between the bribery and the corruption in the unique chain of such corrupting acts as a payoff, bribe, bribery, corruption, question of the criminal, liability, its kinds, objective and subjective attributes, special problems of bribery (complicity, recurrence, punishment) were the subject of scientific research on the basis of the comparative criminal legislation and legal proactive of Fogram and the Ukraine's. The work is characterized by novelty. The conclusions contain a number of specific suggestions with new formulations of dispositions of a number of clauses of the Criminal Law of Jordan on the basis of the analysis of the new Ukrainian Criminal Law.
