The interaction between the components in ternary {Ti,V,Zr}-Mn-{Sn,Sb} systems was investigated in whole concentration range at 770 K and 870 K. Some few samples were prepared and ternary compounds were found in Ti-{Cr,Fe,Co,Ni}-Sb systems. The existence of six ternary compounds has been found and their crystal structures were determined. The refinement of crystal structure carried out for two antimonies. For the ternary compounds and solid solutions temperature dependence of electrical resistivity (r) and differential thermopower (S) were measured in 80ё380 K range. Dependence of r(Т) and S(T) has metallic like behaviour for all investigated compounds and solid solutions. Temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility of the ternary TiMnSn4 compound and of the TiхMn3-хSn и Ti6-хMnхSn5 solid solutions was described by Curie-Weiss law. Temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility of the compounds with W5Si3 structure type was not described neither by Curie-Weiss nor modified Curie-Weiss laws. The properties of ZrNi1-xMnxSn solid solution have semiconducting like behaviour of temperature dependence of electrical resistivity and magnetically ordered.
