Essay

The spectral properties of indo-1 in the cell and protein's solutions as well as the influence of the temperature and hyper potassium solution upon rat thymocytes' [Ca2+]i were investigated by the method of spectral analysis. It was determined that Kd og indo-1 decreases more than twice upon the temperature increase from 15 to 37(С. The enthalpy of Ca2+ binding to indo-1 was found and it was shown that (Нdoesn't vary in protein's solutions. Than it was shown that there is electronic excitation energy transfer from proteins to indo-1 in protein's solutions and thymocytes. The effectiveness of electronic excitation energy transfer from proteins to indo-1 was found for the solutions of serum albumines.
