Essay

. The thesis is devoted to the interconnection of microbiocenosis of bowel and hepatopancreatobiliary area disease. The results of investigation of 391 patients and of analysis of 106 archive histories of the disease of military and civil patients are expounded. It was found that in cases of intestinal dysbiosis increased growth in bowel of proteolytic flora (E.coli, Clostridiae) and of diminished growth of saccharolytic flora (Bifidobacteriae, Lactobacteriae), that was evaluated according bacteriogram faeces, the physico-chemical and surgical stages of cholesterol calculosis, diminished liver detoxic function, antioxidant defence and lipid peroxidation activation of blood was developed. The differential application of prebiotics, probiotics, choleretics, supplementment pancreatic enzyme preparation and hepatoprotector-antioxidants lead to liquidation of intestinal dysbiosis, dicrease of bile lytogenic properties, intensification of exocrine pancreas and liver detoxic functions, hepatocites resistanceand as a result of it was initiation the remission stage of intestinal dysbiosis, chronic cholecystitis, pancreatitis with exocrine insufficiency, toxic hepatitis, concomitant with intestinal dysbiosis.
