Essay

The dissertation is devoted for study of biochemical features intracellular biochemical signaling on examples of the regulatory peptides. The surface activities and membranotropic properties of some rugulatory peptides (kiotorfin, enkephalines, neurotensine, neuropituitary hormones, substance P, bradikinine) and tobacco mosaic virus are revealed. The influence of some of them on the activities Ca2+ - dependent ATP-ase of of plasma membrane and sarcoplasmatic reticulum of myocytes and passive and ATP- dependent transport Ca2+ these membranes are investigated. On different degree organisation of the membranes there were established that lipid membrane matrix functionts as primary process interaction peptides with membranes, providing the effects of receptors and nonreceptors. For instance some regulatory peptides of the intercellular chemical signaling are assumed that their incorporate into lipid matrix of the plasmic membrane initiate about 9 nonreceptor mechanisms to modulate of the cell's functional activity. Field of application - scientific institutions for medical and biological studies.
