The dissertation take great care to study and correction of changes central, intraheart, liver haemodinamic and microcirculation in the patients with chronic hepatit. The complex analysis of a condition sistolic and diastolic function of left ventricle of heart, changes of porto-liveris haemocirculation in the patients with chronic hepatit with the help dopplercardiographic for the first time is carried out. It is revealed, that at eu- and hipercinetics types central haemodinamic indemnification of infringements porto-arterial blood circulation takes place and at hypocinetic type - decompesation with infringement of a porto-arterial parity. The changes of microcirculation at the patients with chronic hepatit are specified. In work the complex estimation of influence of preparations with citoprotections action (essentiale, heptral and mildronat) on a functional condition of miocard, liveris bloodcirculetion and microcirculation of the patients with chronic hepatit is carried out and the recommendationstill them for differential application are developed. The indications to inclusion in therapy of the patients with chronic hepatit of a preparation with positive inotropical action clift for the first time are proved.
