3 In the thesis on the base of the complex clinico-psychopathological, pathopsychological and neurophysiological investigation of the data concerning a clinical pathomorphosis, psychopathological peculiarities and forming mechanisms of neurotic disorders at the middle age were obtained. Cleared up specific factors of psychological traumas typical for neurotic disorders in this age. Established pathopsychological and neurophysiological pathogenous mechanisms of neurotic disorders at the middle age. A complex approach used in the work permitted to ground scientifically diagnostics criteria and to improve differential diagnostics and the treatment of the neurotic disorders in middle age.
