Oparin A. Endothelial disfunction at duodenal ulcer at the persons of yound age

The dissertation research is aimed to study the condition of endothelial function with the purpose of disclosing the mechanism of inclusion Нelicobacter рylori in pathogenesis of ulcer formation and search of new ways of its correction. The research is based on the observation of 125 persons sick in duodenal ulcer , associated with Нр. During the research it was established, that at more, than 82 % patients sick in duodenal ulcer the endothelin-1 level in the blood plasma essentially raises, the contents of nitrogen oxide in the blood whey кров is evidently reduced, the soeliak trunk diameter and the regional blood flow speed simultaneously decrease, е. g. the endothelial disfunction arises. The revealed disfunction of endothelial cells is accompanied by simultaneous infringement of LPO processes (about what the statistically authentic increase of ТBA-active products testifies), and also the reduction of antoxidant protection. It is revealed, that between parameters of the investigated tests there is aclose connection, which became more expressed at the persons suffering from the duodenal ulcer longer than 5 years, especially at a high degree of Нр infecting and clinical conducting of dispepsical syndrome. It is proved, that the inclusion of niphedipin in the antihelicobacterial therapy for the patients, sick in DU, associated with Нр, accelerates approach of clinical remission, reduces terms and raises the quality of ulcer hemming and also simultaneously renders essential influence on correction of endothelial disfunction, current LPO processes and increase of antoxidant protection .
