Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the raisity of the productivity of the electro discharge wire cutting by optimisation of electric, hydrodynamic and temporal parameters of the energy emission process in the interelectrode interval. The mathematical model, that allows to assess the thermal state of the wire electrode-instrument under the local action of the jack discharge. The quantitative indexes of asymmetry of discharge for different pairs of electrodes and their dependence on the duration of the impulse and the amplitude of the strain are obtained. Multifactor models,that determine the optimum electric, temporal and hydrodynamic parameters of the electro discharge cutting are founded.
