Information technologies and high-efficient system environments and neural networks systems for adjustment, functiong and complex problems solving in real time are developed and investigated. Computing processes at the given levels of parallelisation of discrete transformations and complex images processing algorithms on the basis of system environments are investigated. Algorithm of image filtration on the base of multiconveyor system environments is developed.
