Object of research: processes of managerial effect on milk processing products production and sale. The purpose of the research: development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical bases of managerial activities in milk processing enterprises. Methods: abstract and logical, monographic, statistic, calculation-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: proposals concerning the improvement of management in the "milk production - processing - sale" chain with the provision of economic interests of the participants. Scientific novelty: theoretical and methodological aspects of managerial activity organization are expanded (this activity includes concrete conditions and parameters of production activity); organizational-economic essence of integrated model of milk production association is defined for the first time with economic regulation of the development agricultural enterprises and private households, processing and trade enterprises; system of organizational-economic measuresis developed for raw product supply for milk processing enterprises, search and definition of sales markets on the basis of price normalization and quality improvement; organizational model of product quality control is further developed with the use of European principles of quality and standards. Degree of introduction: the research statements are developed to the level of methodical generalizations and applied tool sets for milk processing enterprises "Chernihivmolprom". Efficiency: Proposals are the methodical approaches to the production organization on the level which provides profit.
