Gritskevich N. Correction of exogenic discolorations of teeth firmly tissue.

Dissertation is dedicated to the question of devital teeth bleaching with exogenic discolorations. Experimental and clinical research shows that a new bleaching composition, which consists of sodium perborat, hydroxyapathit and 10-15 % solution of hydrogen peroxide, is effective at introcoronal bleaching and recomended for a inculcating in dantist practice. Physico - chemical properties of composition are improved at neutral environment. The possiblity of individual selection of components of our bleaching composition depending on cause of teeth colouring was demonstrated. The term of introcoronal bleaching is shortened by using of proposed bleaching composition. It is possible to conduct a composite restoration directly after the end of bleaching by our proposed bleaching composition due to its physico - chemical properties with minimum preceding preparation of teeth firmly tissue (before bleaching), differing from pigmenting teeth, in which one has to do partial or complete resection of pigmenting dentin.
