Baranovskiy V. Optimization of structure of crop rotation with sugar beet under conditions of unstable moistening on a typical chernozem

Object-cultures of corn shift of crops with different specific weight of sugar beets, physical and agrochemical properties of soil, soil modest. Aim- tillage productivity rise by dint of satiation optimization concentration of field by sugar beets attached to broadened soil fertility recreation. Methods- field, chemical, statistic, calculation, economic-comparative.The thesis dials with theoretical generalization of action of leading factors, which influence growth and development of sugar beet and other crops of cereal-beet rotation. The optimal concentration of sugar beet in the crop rotation amounts to 10-20 %. With introducing a third and a fourth fields of sugar beet into a 10-field rotation or with reducing the period of beet return up to monoculture the weediness of stands is significantly increased, soil toxicity becomes higher and biological ac-tivity of soil increases; plant infection with such specific diseases as black lag and cercospora leaf spot also increases. Root yields under 40-50 % concentration of the rotation with sugar beet be-come reduced by 6.2-8.7 t/ha. The sphere of using -agriculture.
