The notion of the restructuring of non-state agricultural enterprises as a legal category, the methodology and components of restructuring, the legal principles of implementation during the process of realisation of Ukrainian agrarian reform are defined. The legal regime of property, land and employment during the restructuring is examined, the advantages and disadvantages of reorganisation and liquidation as methods of restructuring are analysed in the thesis.
