The object - children 6-14 years, twin; the aim - to determine clinical criterion for the caries prediction, based on the odontoglyphics pictures; the methods - odontoglyphical, antropological, twin examination, electrical resistance monitoring and laser fluorescence enamel in vivo, OHI-S by Green-Vermilion, statistical methods; the new approach lies in the ascertainment of the relationship between the caries stableness and morphological peculiarities of occlusal surface of the molars (odontoglyphics); results - visible test of caries resistance for clinical examination (odontoglyphical test) and on it's base pit and fissure sealants methods has been elaborated and included into dental practice; the field -dentistry.
