Theoretical fundamentals of international scientific and technological transfer have been analyzed in the dissertation under the conditions of economic globalization. The basic functions and modern forms of international scientific and technical exchange have been revealed. Basic problems in the given field and methodology for fixing the prices of scientific and technical products have been reviewed. The Process of governmental mechanism to regulate scientific-technical spheres in countries of world community has been analyzed, the agreement of national and regional interests have been determined. The basic directions of development in regards to international scientific and technical transfer and their influence on the extension of scientific and technological cooperation within the West European region have also been determined in the dissertation. The possible ways of integrating Ukraine into the global scientific and technical space have been reviewed.
