The thesis is devoted to acute lower jaw osteomyelitis diagnostics and treatment improvement problems. The available methods of acute osteomyelitis diagnostics has been elaborated, substantiated and introduced into clinical practice. The introduction of the elaborated indications for osteoperforation in case of serious AOO and local haemodinamics normalization control during the treatment improve the treatment results.
