Mamchyr V. Criminal responsibility for intentional homicide of a person or his immediate relative in connection with execution by this person of official or public duties.

This dissertation contains the complex study of the juridical and social nature of intentional homicide of a person or his immediate relative in connection with execution by this person of official or public duties, essence of specific characteristics of this kind of homicide, relation between this homicide and other crimes, some problems of punishment infliction for this homicide. By the results of the study new theoretic concepts are formulated, the essence of some notions and terms, important for science, practice and law performance, is defined more precisely. One of the most important results is an argumentation of the necessity of making more precise the wording using in the active Criminal Code of Ukraine to determine such kind of murder. Particularly, it is proposed to make change of this wording as following: "intentional homicide of a person or his fellow creature in connection with realization by this person of official, professional or other competent public useful activity".
