Essay

The dissertation deals with the problems of treatment and rehabilitation of children frequently ill with nonrheumatic carditis. The paper contains clinical, immunological data as well as the results of the study of the system of lipoperoxide-antioxidants in such children. Peculiarities of disorders in homeostasis were determined. Complex of curative-rehabilitation measures, which includes using of tiotriazoline, is recommended to these children and the results of its usage are presented and the results of its usage are presented in the paper. Positive effect on the immune system, the state of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system activity was determined resulting in more favourable course of the disease and lowering in mobility rate with acute respiratory diseases.
