Mykytenko N. Improvement of the operations management at the retail commercial enterprises

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of theoretical, methodological and organizational aspects of the operations management at the retail commercial enterprises in conditions of transformation of Ukrainian economy. Theoretical fundamentals of the operations management of the retail commercial enterprises are substantiated and peculiarities of the operations process designing and operations management tasks arising from the specificity of retail trade sphere are covered. Methods of the operations management research at the retail commercial enterprises are developed and approved in order. Operations systems for large, medium and small commercial enterprises are projected. A complex of management tasks by operations cycle phases is formulated; methodical approaches and practical recommendations for application of the goods stock administrative system "just-in-time" are proposed. Number of network models of organizing and conducting the seasonal active trade campaigns are developed.
