The goal of research is the development and substantiation of the scientific approaches to management of the hotel's enterprises of Ukraine of the different forms of managing - joint stock and others companies, small enterprises, joint venture, associations and others. The new approach to the role of management in the successful development of the business activity on the market of the hotel service was provided. In the frames of this approach was proposed the improvement of the system of management on the level of enterprise (improvement of the financial strategy) and on the state level by the means of creation corresponding lows and other documents.
