Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of influence TMV on various cells and mammal organisms. The results on influence RNA of TMV on cells, which cultivation in vitro are submitted. The dependence of morphological changes on cells type is shown. The results that testify of influence TMV on functional activity of macrophages of white mice are received. The suppression of functional activity animal macrophages concerning a virus of an influenza is revealed, if before TMV was entered. The accurate structure of blue-green luminescence of tobacco protoplasts was shown and established sensitivity its component to TMV.
