Essay

The object of study of the equine infectious anaemia virus. Purpose: the study of biological ptoperties of EIA virus, the development of home-made test-sistem for virus antigen indication in IFA.Methods: biological assay using cell cultures and sensitive animals, clinical, hematological, biochemical, virological and serological tecniques.Scientific novelty: the isolation of local isolates of EIA virus has been carried out and their physicochemical properties hav been studied. A test-sistem for EIA virus antigen indication using fluorescent technique has been developed.
