Essay

It has been established the considerable prevalence of complicated caries in the inhabitants of Dniepropetrovsk region and the high necessity in endodontic treatment accordingly. By means of the expert examination it has been determined the state and shortcomings of endodontic aid to the population. Carried out analysis of intracanal operations' quality has demonstrated that the perfect endodontic treatment with the indispensable obturation of apical aperture was attained in 81,6±1,4% only. The methods of canal roots' obturation and disfilling with application of original appara-tuses based on difference of electroresistance of fillers, dental and periodontal tissues have devised, approved and applied in practical use.
