Essay

Investigations of the regularities of propene hydration and propan-2-ol extramolecular dehydration for producing diisopropyl ether as antiknock dobes for gasolines over heterogeneous catalysts. Methods of catalytical investigations, gas chromatography, flaming photometry, NMR. It was shown that the water adsorption caused the conversion of classic protonic sites to structural aquacycles with mobile proton. The alcohol extramolecular dehydration including the synchronous migration of electronic density of reactants bonds is proposed. The technology of cation exchange resin shaping was developed. Sphere of use is the petrochemistry.
