The object is oral cavity, teeth, saliva; the aim scientific work is being defended on the base on data of caries frequency in school age children and the methods of preventive maintenance; the methods - clinical examination, laboratory and biochemical researches of saliva in children; the new - the methods of preventive maintenance wich include adaptogen and calcium preparations, fissure sealants are introduced into the clinic of stomatology; the results for caries prevention in school age children; all this researches has been used in stomatological policlinic of Ternopol, Lviv, Mostiska; the field Medicine.
