Krest'yaninov O. The legal regulation of customs regimes

The researches are devoted to the problem of the legal regulation of customs regimes. The work consists of the deep analysis of Administrative and Customs Legislation, which regulates the legal relations as to the adoption of the customs regimes. The concept of the administrative- legal and customs regimes as the system of new norms is defined in the dissertation in a new way. The correlations of administrative-legal and customs regimes accordingly as the institutions of Administrative and Customs Law are made known. The totality of social relations which come into the sphere of legal regulation of customs regimes and the peculiarities of the adoption of their separate aspects, the order of the carrying out customs control and customs registration at the time of the adoption of these regimes are determined.The prepositions as for the further improvement of the legislation, which regulates the adoption of customs regimes in Ukraine, the systematization of customs legislation and the establishment of theproposed by the author concepts, aspects and legal foundations of the adoption of customs regimes to the Customs Code of Ukraine are given in the dissertation.
