In the dissertation the state of telecommunication networks of Ukraine has been defined, the statistic parameters of local telephone networks have been studied, the task of optimization of telecommunication networks has been formulated, the methods of loading prognosis have been grounded, the algorythm of definition of the outcoming number of alternatives of local telephone networks construction has been worked out, the model of the automated design system has been developed, and basic design procedures have been realised.
