This study aims to expose the conceptual model that structures information about the Fairy Land in Tolkien's novels, and to analyze the linguistic means of its representation. The Fairy Land is considered as a mental space that has ontological and axiological planes. The ontological plane is structured with the conceptual network that integrates partonymic and object-centered frames. Axiological plane is reconstructed with the help of the continuum "very good - good - not bad - not bad/not good - not good - bad - very bad", which is a modification of the Greimas semiotic square. The evaluation of objects located in the Fairy Land provides the summary evaluation of a particular region. The summary evaluation of all regions forms the axiological plane of the Fairy Land image. The axiological plane of the image is created through various linguistic media, particularly epithets, metonymy, and metaphor. As expressive linguistic means, epithet, metonymy and metaphor form a unity. The notions manifested by epithets are highlighted in metonymies and further specified in metaphors.
