Essay

Thesis is delicated to the problem of efficiency increase in the treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of middle ear with the help of working out the new organ - preserving ways of their sugrical treatment and definition of indications for their use. As a result of the experiment there were defined the anatomic reference points within wich it is necessary to fulfil trans-mastoiditic shunting. Distribution of medical products with the different methods of their injection was studied.
