Essay

Efficacy of clinical uae of the polumer fibrin compositions with controlled effects was confirmed by the results of sugrical treatment in 179 patients with laryngeal carcinomas of ІІІ-ІVa degree that had recieved a course of radiation therapy. It was shown that the use of polymer fibrin composition with dioxidine in patients with laryngeal carcinomas undergoing laryngestomy allowed a reduction by 41,1% to be reached in the number of local postoperative complications and an acceleration by 2 days on average in healing the wound.
