Shamshina I. Legal problems of relations regulation in the sphere of labour protection under present circumstances.

The thesis deals with the conception of legal nature, essence, social functions of labour protection at the prestnt time. The thesis analyses the matter of a labourer's right to labour protection and an employer's responsibilities for ensuring labour safety. Much attention is given to the legal mechanism of ensuring the constitutional right of a labourer to labour protection under the conditions of market reforms in the society. The thesis investigates the contents of juridical responsibility of the parties of labour legal relations in the sphere of labour protection and the ways of its improvement. The thesis considers the questions of introduction of international legal regulations into labour protection legislation of our country. The thesis grounds the concrete proposals of improving legal regulations of labour protection in Ukraine.
