Object - restructurisational process of railway enterprises in Ukraine; aim - development of theoretical states and practical recommendation about know how methods in the restructurisation of enterprises; methods - Systematic approach, logic modeling, economics - mathematical analysis, PC; results - economic nature of restructurisation and types of strategies for railway enterprises are discovered; methods of preliminary restructurisational research are offered. Complex indexes of inner and outer surroundings upon the activity of the branch enterprises are distinguished a mathematics model of restructurisation of an enterprise is built; newness - the idea of defining types of restructurisation strategies of railway enterprises has been developed for the first time and methodological souses of these strategies are formalized; what is introduced - the method of restructurisational research at the rolling repair enterprises, which allowed to improve the basis and to reduce the terms of preparing decisionson restructurisation; the branch - railway enterprises.
