Dzhmil' V. The veterinary sanitary examination of fishes invased with Anisakidae nematodes.

The object of reserch are Azov and Black sea industrial fishes and imported fishes supplied to Ukraine market. The purpose is to imporove veterinary sanitar examination of fish invased with Anisakidae nematodae. Thr methods are: organoleptic, parasitological, microbiological? Biochimikal, allergic, radiological, biological. The scientific novelty is that anisakidae for the invased fish the first time the cjmlex approach of veterinary sanitar examination and quality estimation in the UIS was done in Ukraine, examining fish for larvae and determining their liveability after desinfection methods were improved; Azov and Black sea regions fish was tested for anisakidae larvae invasion. The results of the research were concluded in ''Anisakidae invased fih veterinary sanitar examination, desinfection methods and usage instruction'' are introdused into educational process of the State Agricultural Universiti in Bila Tserkva.
