Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnosing chronic glomerulonephritis due to the study of rheologic urine properties. The disease is characterised by an increased viscoelasticity module and the values of surface tension in the region of short and medium times of surface life against a background of reduced static surface tension and the relation of the angles of tensiorheogram curve slope. The morphologic variant of glomerulonephritis has its own peculiar parameters of interphase urine tensiorheometry. Severity of tubulointerstitial changes reflects the criteria of degree of dynamic surface tension impairments, while that of the vessels - the relation of the balanced surface tension of the blood and the urine. The treatment results of patients with nephrotic syndrome are noted to be influenced by the parameters of static surface tension, while those of patients with renal failure - by the protein - surfactant coefficient.
