Essay

The dissertation deals with the improvement of diagnosing rheumatism due to the conclucted interphase tensiorheometry of the blood and expired air moisture the dynamic blood surface tension reflects volumes of the heart cavities and the systolic left ventricular function, these physicochemical parameters being effected by aortal stenosis, a degree of the right ventricular hypertrophy, impaired myocardia excitability and conduction the levels of proteins and lipids determines the physicodinical properties of the blood. Heart defects are accompanied by a reduced surface tension of expired air moisture and the time of its relaxation against background of a high viscoelasticity module which depends on a degree of the pathologic process activity and the pronouncement of heart failure. Treatment improves the state of lung surfactant, parameters of the total vascular resistance of the lungs and the angle of curve slope of blood tensiograms.
