In work the analyses of special literature about adaptation of scientific and discipline problem, it's connection with psychological health, conditions of social-psychological adaptation to school and modern facts about delay of psychological development is represented. Particularities of appearing the delay of psychological development are opened, structure components of psychological adaptation of treating children aged 6-8 years with delay of psychological development are represented. The main components of it are psychological, physical and corporal condition. Straight psychological adaptation of children with delay of psychological development is noticed. Approbation of mechanism accompanied in conditions of functional joint "School-nursery school".
