Essay

The complex study of fatty acids spectrum of lipids of blood, lens and eliminate from tne eye was first conducted in patients with age cataract. The possibility of using eliminate as an object for the study of lipid metabolism in tne eyes was substantiated. Author has first proved the existence of direct relation between the appearanse of age cataract and fatty acids level of lipids of eliminate from the eye and calculated the coefficient of unsaturation for the prediction of the risk of cataract appearance.
