Essay

Тhe object is cement suspensions with silica filler made at accelerated mixing. Тhe aim to increasing the effectiveness of cement in concrete's through realization of tribo-effects and optimization of dispersion and quantity of quartz filler when admixture is introduced. The new approach - establishment of regularity of structure formation of composites on mechanically activated binder. Methods estimate of influence of quantity and dispersion of silica filler on conventional and special properties of composites. The results have been used when producing concrete things (800 m2 ). Application field industrial and civil construction.
