Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical base, technology and equipment and introduction in manufacture of an effective electrophysical dimensional handling of leaf details by an electrical arc (Arc Size Machining - ASM). There is discribed and investigated an electric arc in the cross flow of liquid when treat an internal and external surfaces of leaf details. Technological schemes of shaping, technological characteristics and typical ASM technological processes treatment of leaf details are developed and investigated. The constructions of electrodes - instruments designed. Inventory and technique of leaf details ASM are introduced into manufacture.
