Bogdanov B. Diagnostics of malignant and chronic ulcer of stomach, tactics of surgical treatment.

Object of research: the patients malignant and chronic ulcer of stomach. The aim and methods of research: to prove adequacy and efficacy of application of updated in DRAC procedures of distal resection according to Bilrot-II in patients with malignant and chronic ulcer on the basis of morphological research of resected stomach and analysis of immediate and delayed results of surgical treatment by utillizing rontgenological, endoscopical, morphological (histological, histochemical, morphometric) and statistical methods. Theoretical results and novelty: the adequacy and efficacy of application of distal resection of stomach according to Bilrot-II in two variations: with creation of antral pulp of stomach stump and with wrapping of gastroenteroanastomosis region by of a adduct loop of small intestine, in patients with malignant and chronic ulcer are theoretically proved. Practical significance: the obtained data can be used for optimization of diagnostics and definition of adequate tactics of treatment ofthis category of patients in conditions both oncologic centers and medical establishments of common profile. Subject and degree of application: features of clinical current of malignant and chronic ulcer of stomach with taking into account of background processes in mucosa of periulcerous region are introduced in pedagogical and medicinal process of on-cology and common surgery faculties. Efficacy of application: obtaining of new knowledges and increase of efficacy of treatment of patients with malignant and chronic ulcer.
