Essay

On the basis of the carried out research a complex has been developed. By means of the complex an effective control over the course of an inflammatory process,cleaning of a purulent wound can be exercised.A camera with the help of which optimal concentrations for local application are determined has been developed.Methods of treatment for maxillofacial odontogenous phlegmons using polymethylsiloxane-immobilized antibiotics have been developed and put into clinical practice.The methods have allowed to improve effectiveness of local therapy.
