Matsishin V. Singularities of counterfeiting investigation.

Об'єкт дослідження - activity of the internal affairs authorities against the falsification of false money (counterfeiting). Мета дослідження - to elaborate the basis of the method of the (counterfeiting) investigaition of the falsification of false money and to show its particularities. Методи дослідження - а) general scientific (systematic, systematic and structural, logically semantic, historical, historical and legal); b) special scientific (comparatively legal, formally juridical); c) sociological (questioning, poll, interviewing). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical principals may serve as starting scientific base for subsequent research of the problems of the (counterfeiting) falsification of false money, the elaborated proposals will help the internal affairs authorities to fight this type of crime. Scientific novelty of the work is that the thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine, which is devoted to the problems of the (counterfeiting) falsification of falsemoney. Moreover, the problem is examined in complex way, an attempt is made to solve a number of difficult debatable questions about the nature, notion and criteria of the (counterfeiting) falsification of false money, the proposals are formulated on the improvement of the legislation of Ukrainian in force. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the thesis can be used for the further improvement of Criminal code of Ukraine, of the work of the internal affairs authorities and in the educational process for teaching of the course criminalistic's. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the proposals and recommendations are sent to the internal affairs authorities.
