The dissertation developed theoretical provisions and practical recommendations regarding interrogation tactics during a pre-trial investigation in a court session by an investigating judge. It is emphasized that when forming the tactics of conducting an interrogation during a pre-trial investigation in a court session, the investigating judge must take into account all the accumulated scientific experience, as well as pay attention to compliance with international and European standards, the requirements of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, forensic recommendations on the use of tactical techniques and their complexes, and also take into account the specific investigative situation and individual characteristics of the participants of this (investigative) investigative action.
