Essay

The thesis elaborates the theoretical and praxeological principles of the fraud investigation method in the field of e-commerce at the monographic level. A forensic analysis of the functioning of the Internet commerce sphere was carried out and the factors that lead to the commission of fraudulent actions were determined. On the basis of a systematic analysis, the priority areas of combating fraud have been identified. The main elements of the forensic characteristics of fraud in the field of e-commerce are highlighted. Typical methods of preparing, committing and concealing fraud are identified and characterized, and their classification is proposed. The situation of fraud has been clarified by providing the characteristics of its individual components: the place, time and conditions of fraudulent actions.
