Shypunova O. Development of Enterprises Financial and Economic Mechanism.

- The dissertation investigates the essence and purpose of enterprises manage-ment system and economic mechanism as well as comparative analysis of financial and economic mechanisms, peculiarities of procedure approach to their creation and their interaction and association. The economic content of category "enterprises fi-nancial and economic mechanism" is concrete. Its essence has been defined and a block scheme of construction structure has been developed. The author investigates approaches for essence definition and purpose of en-terprises reorganization, procedure methods, interaction with financial and economic mechanism. Enterprises reorganization scheme resulting in improvement of industrial activity final results has been offered. Based on system analysis of home and foreign countries experience integrated methodical approaches to financial and economic mechanism reforming have been offered.
