Neumivaytchenko N. Peculiarities of Emerging, Changes and Ceasing Trade Legal Relations of Civil Servants.

Concepts of civil service as a type of trade activity and civil servant as a special subject of trade legal relations have been defined. Classification of trade legal relations of civil servants has been given. Also trade relations of civil servants, which are referred to subject of the Employment Law, have been defined. The author also has determined correlation between norms of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" and norms of the Labour Code of Ukraine in issues of regulating trade relations of civil servants. Issues of choosing personnel, conducting competitions, attestation, procedure of appointing to offices, dismissing from civil service have been investigated in the dissertation. Propositions related to improvement of current legislation which regulates issues of emerging, changes and ceasing of trade legal relations of civil servants have been introduced.
