Proskura E. Anticrisis management of an enterprise

The object of the study: anticrisis management of enterprises, that function in condition of the transformational economy of the Ukraine; the aim of the work: theoretical motivation and development of the methodical provision to effectiveness of management of enterprise, that residing in crisis condition, with provision for its organizing-legal form, level and reasons of the crisis; the methods of the study: method of the logical generalization, analysis and syntheses, discriminate and cluster analysis, graphic method, pairs correlation; theoretical and practical results: differentiated estimation of crisis condition level for domestic enterprise with provision for their organizing-legal form, complex estimation of the condition of the enterprise on base of the highlighting of the crisis zones in coordinate "profitability-solvency", methodical approach to choice anticrisis of the programs with provision for models forming of profitability and payment-abilities, organizing-legal form and conditions ofthe enterprise, complex approach to realization general function of anticrisis control on base is offered of the methods crisis condition level of the enterprise, order of the motivation of the ways and strategies of the output enterprise from crisis condition on base of its positioning in matrix of the conditions; practical importance of results consists in that their using will allow in good time to reveal the level of the crisis condition on enterprise, install its reasons, choose the aim and strategy of the enterprise in these condition, form and realize the system an anticrisis programs with provision for level of the crisis condition and possibilities of the enterprise as a result will promote increasing to efficiency taken management decisions; the subject and introduction level: development have found practical use in activity JSC "Ukrorgstankinprom" and PE "Economy-legal centre on questions bankruptcy"; the field of the use: industrial enterprises, in studies.
