Essay

The clinical and epidemiological investigation of insanes, which was recognized by forensic expert commission as the irresponsible persons. Two periods, characterized by different social-economic conditions were selected: 1981-1984 and 1991-1994. The accountings of forensic expert commission for marked periods of time were used. For statistic evaluation of strength and validity of different factors influence on a frequence of social dangerous actions of mentally ill patients the method of dispersion analysis was used. The obtained facts confirmed the necessity of the laboration of the strictly differential programmes with due regard for the future psycho-pathological syndrome.
