Bodrova I. Organizational-legal issues of Ukraine city councils' associations activity

The object - public relations established when the associations of local councils are organized and when they perform their activities; the aim - to create an integral model of the institution of the associations of local councils in Ukraine and to work out theoretical-applied points of organization and activities of the associations; the methods - dialectical, systematic, historical, historical-legal, formally-logical, law interpretation, classification; the novelty - the thesis is the first complex research in the science of the Constitutional Law of Ukraine dealing with the essence of legal nature of the associations of local councils, their role in the local government, and of the organizational and legal aspects of their activities; the results - conceptual provisions are formulated, new conclusions and propositions on the points under research are grounded; the field - creation and application of law, scientific, educational-methodical activities.
